Nobody cares. It's been over 20 years and abandonware is abandonware regardless of whether it's a game itself, TV show (like the missing Doctor Who episodes or that of MST3K) music or other things. Not everyone will be able to get the CD tracks nowadays especially as the CD they came on is for a dead operating system (Classic Mac OS, not Mac in general) and I don't think Alex even cares anymore what people do with them. It's not like he or anyone else at Bungie is making money off Marathon related things.
All that really needs done is to give Alex credit for making the tracks in the first place as they are his. He hasn't distributed them himself and they just can't be left to rot.
