I made that image years ago for the Story Page's 20th Anniversary: that particular image of Tailmon is the only one I could find that had a transparent background. (I still don't have photoshop or photoshop elements for removing the background myself) I haven't made an updated form of the image since then, partially because I lost the source images.
On a lighter note, if you look closely at her tail, I replaced Tailmon's Holy Ring with a different kind of Holy Ring in keeping with the Bungie theme.
