My only thought is maybe Jag was calling the SC "Hero" because of the Unformatted KYT Terminal (which was maybe mis-spoken-of as the Lost Network Packets?) which for a time, until we found the formatted version of it, was thought to contain the phrase "I am Hero." (It's actually "I am a hero.") Right before "She is the Dark One."
