It may be something to do with repeating jumps from farther away, I'm not that sure.

I am a bit disappointed that it doesn't include much (so far anyway) in the way of level improvements to show that the Marathon is a hospitable place to live e.g. chairs, the odd vending machine, toilets, BOB quarters, broken stairways or ladders near certain platforms to show us why we need to take them etc.(such as crushing lifts)

By the way, is the lava and radioactive Pfhor central heating fluid an actual liquid like in M1A1 albeit deeper, or are they hotplates like the original?
