Can the W'rkncacnter be woken up faster by feeding it human life energy? Get the mortals like us all hyped up with chemical or emotional energy either by excitement or scaring us to brown trousers, then nick it leaving a drained corpse.
Rinse and repeat until it stirs and awakens. There may well be (or had been? 5D is confusing) a death cult of alien beings or demons closely resembling humans-not unlike the Triad from San Nicolas Island-locked deep beneath the Arctic Circle in what I presume to be Helhiem, attempting to do just that.
The Jjaro may have already known:
I swear I found a TOZT 7 and an overcoat in my closet the other day with cat fur scattered everywhere and a note in SGA Hepburn reading (translated): "Use it wisely. L".
