But they're still pfhor. It's like comparing humans to chimpanzees, orangutans and gorillas. Orangutans don't have exoskeletons. The pfhor cyborg thingy looks almost identical to giant phor fighters and the enforcers clearly have 7 eyes, but yellow blood just like everybody else (don't look at the hunter's blood).
