: In this episode there's a castle filled with classical art, walls that
: explode, and aliens. It's always aliens.
You discuss in this episode why, of all settings, does TI take place in Italy. Of course da Vinci is part of the reason, but think of it from a level design, texture and "media" point of view. The "media" being the "liquids".
Venice is relatively convenient to a place where (spoiler) one may make use of another texture set, including the "lava" medium. :)
"Spiral" was an enjoyable episode. I'll ramble on here. Did you notice that the confessional doors "swung" open when you tabbed them? I have to admit, I'd never given the subterranean stained glass windows a thought until you mentioned them. Probably I was trying to stay alive in that "alien congregation". I'm amazed that neither of you has broken any of the ... breakables ... yet.
Keep up the good work!
