: People hate this level? I always held it as one of my favorites. Yes, it's a
: bit aimless and arbitrary at first, but then you start to get a look at
: how the spaces are connected and positioned relative to each other and the
: level falls into place. It's also got several optional areas you aren't
: led directly towards, and really cool secrets.

Hey! Nice to see some words from the gospel according to Mark :), it seems like forever since we had that privilege! Funny too, I saw Particle Fever at the film festival here at the weekend, directed by Mark Levinson, and I spent about half an hour thinking, "hey! I know that name." LOL. A cross between you and Steve, and quite an amazing documentary, everything you wanted to know about the large hadron collider, at a remarkably accessible level.

Anyway, it is a fun exploration level, and the secrets are always nice; it's just disappointing that what they lead to still tends to end in doors that don't open, and they usually do so quickly. Especially the last one from Narcogen's film, the elegance of the switch-shot from the ledge:okay it leads to ammo, but it would be nice if the path continued on further. After such a cool setup.
