Ahh that's right, that was the other on your list. You can have Church also, but you're wrong - it's another one of my favourites :). I love the switch "puzzle" and the ridiculousness of the underground caverns, especially on TC where you seemingly lose most of the options to escape. And my god is it dark down there, how do those BoBs see so well!? I also like the round and round and round and round and round and round and round part that one has to repeat many times because those caverns are so deadly. We don't often get to go round and round like that. But possibly the best part of it (apart from the secret switch) is that when you haven't pressed all the switches, you know -exactly- where you're missing them because they are indeed right underneath the associated platforms, very clever. But sure, you can take it ;).
