Alright... if you haven't played UFO Defense before or are rusty or whatnot, here's a sort of tutorial:

If you decide to go with EW/EU, Beaglerush's LPs. While not tutorials, he goes a decent bit into strategy:

This isn't as necessary to watch as the UFO Defense tutorials. The game is easier, and the controls are actually explained to you.

If you want to go in unspoiled, just watch the UFO tutorial. It'll make the game much more Fun with all the surprises. Still, you might prefer to get an idea of the game before you decide whether or not to feature it, and those lets plays are pretty awesome.
