Why do simulacrums say "Thank god it's you"?

This is an especially weird pfhrase for early contact between humans and pfhor in M1, even more unusual than Frog Blast the Vent Core. Frog Blast the Vent Core is garbled nonsense, which is something you'd expect aliens that know nothing about humans to say in an attempt to blend in. But the very first simulacrums say only one thing: "Thank god it's you!"

Someone had to program these things, right? Where did the pfhor learn that from? I don't think it's something they'd hear the BoBs say. When a Bob meets a pfhor, I'm pretty sure the last thing they'd ever say is "Thank god it's you."
