Lost files from the trilogy

Does anyone have a download link to these files "Jingle Bobs" and "Bob Danube" which were originally on the game CDs as an audio track? I've never heard them and it's been nagging at me for some time, I remember putting an Infinity CD in the player a long time ago and being disappointed when I didn't hear the Bob Danube. I also heard of a rare file named "The End" which was supposed to be on a few of the Marathon Infinity discs - was this real or just a hoax?
