The problem is, among several other things, that you just about never see the pilot. Usually, you see only the bottom and front of the Banshee. This gives you no angle on the pilot. In fact, now that I think of it, when dogfighting with Banshees, I don't think you can see any of the pilot from the back or top either. I would say there's no way to shoot the pilot out of one. Ghosts on the other hand . . . . heh heh heh . . . . Your best bet for getting a Banshee is getting to it before the pilot. In some areas, this only requires running to the Banshee and stunning the pilot with a plasma pistol burst, or using a grenade to delay the pilot or flip the Banshee. In other areas, you have to be much more clever. BIGwooly
