In Response To: Emblem painting and a Bungie Podcast intro *IMGs* (Duncan) When I submitted the first post in this thread I made sure to hit "Preview" first to make sure I had my html squared away. Everything looked good, the pictures were fine. They showed up even though I was posting it from work and the filtering here can be pretty random. So I hit "Post". Later, I checked again and all of a sudden NONE of the pictures would load. I panicked for a split second thinking I had exceeded tinypic's bandwidth limitations or something and that everyone else would see a text-only post (the embarassment!). It was then that I noticed my browser trying to load pictures hosted on the halo.bungie.org domain (but was being blocked by a web filter). So I went back to the Forum Index and noticed a link to the Frontpage article "Of Emblems and Podcasts". Waves of relief that I hadn't messed up my image hosting and also elation at having made the front page! It turns out the filtering at work allows the carnage.bungie.org domain but blocks halo.bungie.org. This means I can check the HBO forums but not the frontpage (and I've even tried that alternate address, it doesn't work either). Just thought you might enjoy that story. Thanks for rehosting/frontpaging!
