not true...if you (as the kiosk probably had been) play and save after the training sequence when you load up the game it will skip it when you restart that first level. If you start the level from the beginning you will get the training sequence. Also if you play on legendary difficulty you will not get the training sequence as one would assume you have played the game already and do not need the training sequence (in truth only a lunatic would play legendary to start with). Hope this clears that up...
