Very funny, but in reality I don’t believe that this is accurate. If you want an example of what Covenant society is probably like, just look at Saudi Arabia or any other totalitarian theocracy around the world. The people are living in fear and government inspired ignorance while the mullahs (prophets) make all decisions about the society. Probably not much room for fun and partying.
