Do all vehicles have weakspots?

The ghost has an explosive fuel cell, does the warthog have a gas tank? I just thought that maybe all the vehicles had weaknesses that could be exploited as well as the ghosts fuel cell. wouldn't it be awesome if you could shoot a wraith in the right spot with a sniper and take it down with a single shot.
