but when you steal a weapon or vehicle, it cold change its color scheme to yours so that you know you own the vehicle and can discern it from enemy ones. In multiplayer games, it doesn't always have to be aliens vs humans, that would get boring. Humans can fight each other and different colors are needed there because how will you be able to tell friend from foe if you all look the same? Colors or some other form of quick identification is needed, if not already there.
