Actualy Soffish appears to be a toy of Taiwanese origin which suffers from a translation problem refered to as 'Engrish' -try www.engrish.com for some really funny ones- I found this site in link below which mentions Soffish and another toy "Tounge of Frog". I'm presuming someone at Bungie saw/bought a Soffish and found the idea so ammusing as to bring to the site.. I do get the feeling Matt Soell who seems to religously defend Soffish is going to kill me for reveling this...
