Yeah -- summer gets busy for me too that time of the year, but that where M's built-in cheater comes in -- play on TC if you can, and when you can't, or don't have the time, switch to MD, N, or lower.

Jonah, I don't expect us to find any "new" secrets (although I think the MSG may have missed a couple ;) )

The point would be for a few 'thoners, all across the world, to participate in the same experience, the one that as Locucious points out has kept us hooked on the game.

Let's face it -- Marathon has a special something, it's not just the interface, not just the engine, not just the story-telling, ultimately, Marathon is a form which is greater than the sum of its parts, and as a result, has "hooked" many of us, some of whom, like myself, aren't even regular "gamers," but who were nevertheless captured by what Marathon had to offer.

Anyway, if folks think that's dumb, fine.

But many of us like to go through M1, M2, or MI once in a while, just to relive old times. Why not do it together, 793 years before those events "happen?"

I'd love to ponder, with others, what Durandal's favorite Shakespeare sonnet might be, as I TOZT a bunch of blue of Fighters of "No Artificial Colors," _before_ I get to the ammo room. :)
