2001: September 1 - September 19
2000: August 23 - September 11
1999: August 25 - September 13
1998: August 24 - September 11
1997: August 19 - September 8
1996: September 7 - September 24

The only difference this year is that there was no notice.

I wouldn't worry just yet.
