Political Structures in Marathon

UESC: ???. There are no indications of what political system the UESC is run. Apparently, it's some derivation of Apartheid. All civilian personnel on the Marathon is black while the military personnel is white - this is a consequence of the bad joke the Bungie staff played on Reginald Dujour for being a bad gamer. Under the rule of Durandal, the situation changed: all human beings, black or white, where inferior than machines and cybernetic organisms - including the Mjolnir battleroid. Robert Blake could be the proof that there were white civilian staff on the Marathon. Unfortunately, there's no way of telling if the image of the man that called himself Blake on Lh'owon is in fact Robert Blake or a CGI made by Durandal (along other terminal pics on M2.) Hence, we don't know if for sure Blake was a white or a black person, and if the UESC is in fact a dictatorship.

The S'pht: Socialist. While they still follow the rank system imposed by their slavers, they seem to have abandoned their old clan system for a collective consciousness where there are distinction of social, economical or political status.

The Pfhor: Imperialist. Government have complete control of the individual. Clans formed according to biological characteristics: the human-like are on top of the Commanding Rank while the insectoids are on bottom. Ruled by empress Hindmost Creche, who's possibly non-Pfhor.

JJaro = ???
