	In Response To: Re: Common Plot Elements (Tru7h) Another common plot element in Bungie games is victory at great cost. For instance In Myth TFL the legion is sacrificed at Balor's fortress, and when the great devoid explodes it kills everyone but a one armed Warrior, an undead-strangleing Berzerk, and we have to assume, Alric. In Oni the atmosphereic converters blow and the worled is poisoned or something, and then there's something about a crysalis or whatever, and a lot of people die, but some live or something. And in Halo, the Ring world blows up, everybody dies except for MC Hammer and Cortana, and we are left with the strikeing feeling that we could have pulled a better story out of our asses. It also may be attached Marathon, but in fairness, we don't learn that everyone dies until Marathon2.
