well if you want to put stripes in it then you could use Halftone Pattern in adobe photoshop Sketch / Halftone pattern / Line
terminal text would be fine. well if you want to make this more marathon background then you are done. this has a big marathon logo. i think that is enough, unless if you want to put more "marathonism" into it then i suggest you to put one of Craig´s marathon pictures in background and edit it a little bit.
