Um, why are there Must Be Explored polygons? If the goal for the level is to kill all of the aliens, then why not just set the goal to Extermination and use the standard Unreachable Monster Crusher™ to take care of the seven-alien threshold?
At the very least, you could at move that one by the pillar above the center of the level down to the polygon below it, so that you always hit it; few of the other polygons seem to present any problem.
