*** I was finally able to defeat END GAME. It took a while though. :)
I see people have raised some valid concerns about inconsistancies bettween 3rd party scenerios and the Origional Trilogy. I understand this, but I would still love to see a page up and running some day that details HOW these 3rd party scenerios tie in wiht the trilogy, or each other.

ALSO: Remember this: There are multiple time lines where not everything is the same as the Marathon's we remember... It is highly possible that these scenerios take place in universes that arn't entirly the same.

*I didnt not mention Tempust Irae for this reason: Comming from personal opinion, I thought the level design and Rennassiance (i cant spell worth a damn)feel of the levels were great, but the necessity to jump back to that space station to insert thoes.. cards(?)[or pages... it was a long time ago I played it] caused me to be slightly turnd off from that scenerio. {And yes a similar thing occurs with Rubicon, but I felt it was more skillfully pulled off}

I do feel that Marathon:Rubicon was a tribute to marathon Infinity too, but in a very good way. I personally loved that surreal aspect of the game play.
I sent an email off to the main author of Rubicon; asking some questions about the games concepts. He seemed very enthusiastic that 'there was a player who paid attention in detail to RUBICONS story'. :D
One naggings question I had was "What were the glowing, flying, shooting (someties batteling) orbs of light?".
The answer I had alreddy half guessed. They turned out to be the Marine player in different time lines. (Marathon:Tempest Irae battling s'pht, or while the player in going thought the Marathon in 'Return to Marathon', etc)
Apparently when all the [visible] orbs teamed up with you to fight the Sicrilurium's (again i cant spell -->i mean exploadabobs) in that dream sequence, it signifies that many of the Marines in the other universes (not all, but some) follow a certian course of action, showing the current marine your playing as what path to follow; or what he should do.

I spent alot of time with RUBICON. More than I should have I suppose. :)

If people could post here certian tie-ins that their FAVORTIE 3rd party scenerio's are with the Origional Trilogy (M1,M2, Minf) or withother 3rd party Scenerios [such as that one I found with Marathon:Trojan, and Marathon:Evil]I would really appreciate it.

Thanks again to everyone posting.
Hell, I might even start up a mini 3rd party story page full of tie ins.
Maybe Hamish wouldnt mind me borrowing soem site design/page layout ideas if that what I decide to do. :)
