: Now, as referring to the title of this post: Lest we forget the unsung
: heroes: I never see any posts or Story pages (yes i asked Hamish, he said
: he didn't have time) about how Marathon:Rubicon, Marathon:Evil, and
: Marathon: Red's storylines tie into Marathon(Bungie's 3 game trilogy).

Including third party scenarios would create a lot of problems, story-wise... We can't expect every scenario to be completely consistent with the game, every other scenario, or for that matter even itself.

Plus, there's the fact that, unfortunately, scenarios vary in quality, and everyone has their own favorites, making it impossible to draw a line. I notice you didn't mention Tempus Irae, I personally would have put it above Rubicon. And what about those of us who have created our own scenarios? Not exactly objective. IMNSHO the only ones allowed to decided what is part of Marathon's story and what is not are Bungie; that is why Blood Tides of L'howon (technically a third party scenario itself) is scripture and various other scenarios that arguably have better plots are not.

It might be interesting to have a Scenario Story Page dedicated to analyzing those scenarios that deserve it (of course, see the problems listed above) but I can't think of any good method or reason to add them to the official universe.
