I think this is another one of those "No O2 levels" as aposed to an official "Vacuum" level. For the main reason that here is sewage in this level, so their must be some kind of air pressure. In the next failed level "Your Worm Food Dude" their is no sewage, and one of the doors is opened into space. Of course this could be a demonstration of the chaos released by the W'rc'acnt'r. Liquids in vacuum?! The universe is falling apart!
