Look up the weapon in Anvil to observe that both triggers are identical and share ammo (the value in the "ammo count" field of the second trigger is ignored). The "angular flipping" flag is set for this weapon — this results in the angle-alternation effect of the second trigger. This flag does NOT affect the burst count, recovery time, or fire rate.
