It may be technically so, but it's such a dumb acronym anyway that nobody bothers to capitalize it "correctly". : Of course, why would a so-called 'Cyborg' have a rank of an enlisted man? It : seems to me that instead of an E-9 or E-(n), a Cyborg would have something : like C-7 or CMU-9. At the very least not a 'human' rank. Then, he'd be sitting at a desk somewhere on Earth, sketching out battle plans and telexing them to the front, where they'd be scantily read, balled up and trashed by the actual soldiers. Fun game, neh? : Of course, we should be thankful that it IS an offical Cyborg that we're : playing as this time. It could always be a poodle in a suit. Bow wow.
