Oh yeah, this term. Well, if you ask me, which you didn't, I think that Bungie was planning to have a plot thread (in or after M2) in which we went to Pfhor Prime and rescued Leela. The "Damsel in Distress" jokes in one of the M2 hidden terms would seem to back this up. And the stuff about Leela taking over some planet on the way to being dismantled in the final screen of M2 seems a little tacked on to me, as if maybe they decided they didn't want to go ahead with the rescue plotline...
