But we already have absolute proof that the designers of the Marathon had *some* form of gravitic control. The surface gravity of Deimos is less than one ten-thousandth of the surface gravity of the Earth, yet we appear to be in Earth-normal gravity at all times on-board. The ship is in orbit around Tau Ceti IV, so the gravity cannot be induced by accelleration; and generating it by spinning the Marathon on its axis cannot be the case, because the Pfhor ship seen thru the windows on Arrival *never* changes its apparent position. Q.E.D. Duane
