If you go 0.05 to .1 G nobody's going to notice : except when they play baseball. : Ok, I did some rough calculations and the Marathon would have to have a : constant acceleration less than 0.001 G to make the trip last that long. : And remember it's an 11.9 ly voyage - not 92. I think we're getting confused. The Marathon AI's say the Marathon and crew arrived at Tau Ceti after a 301 year, 92 ly journy. I'm suggesting this is bogus. I'm suggesting Leela changed this info to confuse the aliens. We (us in the 21 st century) know the distance is 11.9 ly and I think the trip only took the Marathon in the area of 35 years. I'm suggesting every date after the Marathon's departure from Earth is @ 266 years off.
