Not until we make them bloody ;-) It's incredibly human-centric to think of ears in terms of the external appendages we carry on either side of our head. Sharks, frogs and, among mamals, whales and dolphins all have ears that are structurally equivalent to our own - they just don't have external auricular appendages. Just because they don't have externally visible ears doesn't mean that they don't have some sort of auditory organ.
