	In Response To: Re: Marathon 4??? Heh heh heh (poena.dare #CP#) IMHO, Deus Ex carried the torch of gaming greatness from the Marathon series. Until DX hit the Mac, no game I had seen topped Marathon for story and single-player gameplay. (Though obviously Marathon has long since been left in the dust technologically, but that's another issue entirely.) And just as a side note, DX did not rip off Marathon with the AI thing. Actually, it was much more of an omage to Neuromancer, by William Gibson. Though you could argue that any first-person perspective game (I loathe to say "shooter" in reference to Deus Ex, since it's really more of a CRPG) with a truly compelling story owes its existence to the trails blazed by Bungie in the mid-1990s. -Max
