: A great story! Easily Scifiteki's best story so far. I like the way he is
: able to manipulate the readers(at least my) feelings for the characters in
: his stories. He managed to get me to feel sad for both of the cyborgs as
: well as the wife at some point in the story. I think the ending was also
: suiting and quite clever. It would have been hard to get a proper
: resolution in the end without assuming too much. Keep up the good work
: (when you get back :))!
: Oh, the fight-scenarios were also groovie!

Thanks! That means a lot to me, coming from you. One thing that's always bothered me, more so when I was writing the story, was: We all know the cyborgs on Thermopylae went on a killing spree, "killing everyone on both asteroids", but were they responsible for their actions? What was it about the cyborgs that provoked such a act of sheer inhumanity? Was it, (as I kind of subtly suggested in the dream sequence); a combination of the cyborg's already unstable personalities, and their controllers blatant arrogance and manipulation(as humans tend to act towards slaves), that pushed them over the edge into genocide?

If so, could it happen again? To us? (Oh, you know I'm going to make a scenario out of this when I get back:))
