Since no one will know what is : visible and invisible in the normal view of the game, what sense does it : make to show off an infra-red view? There's no clue as to what advantage : it gives you. It's like showing a screenshot with the caption underneath : stating "Awesome 30fps action!" How can one ever tell that by a : static screenshot? :-) Hmmm... just noticed that the back of the PID CD envelope uses an infra-red shot. In fact it covers most of the back. Bungie used this shot: http://pid.bungie.org/yeah.gif.html The front has this shot: http://pid.bungie.org/ascension.gif.html So if Bungie dropped the infra-red screenshot from the back of the original PID box because it was "poor judgement" then it might be considered odd that they stuck another one on the back of the CD envelope.
