Get ResEdit, a paint program that will save an image as a gif, and the Marathon Infinity map file.

Open Moo map file with ResEdit. Open PICT resources.

Select a PICT, copy, switch to paint program, paste, save as gif (using the color table of the gif - not the Mac standard color table).

Rinse, repeat.

Mindless monkey work, let me tell you.

Some of the more conversant Mac users around here might know of a tool that will break out PICTs from the resource fork with less pain.
