In Response To: Re: Rubicon Volunteers - Tar & Feather Club (Scifiteki) : I highly doubt the first option (Remember, we're pretty sure that
If he treats the Dangi scientists the way that he treated Hallerl . . . : Man, you don't miss anything, do you? : ) Nor do you : ) : I didn't even blink when I saw that, but it raises some interesting
http://home.earthlink.net/~sflevinson/Rubicon.html : and Durandal found out about it? It's very likely that he knew much
I had forgotten about that one. The full terminal text is as follows:
I think that it's quite clear now that the #ref deleted project is the Achilles virus project. Dangi has an extremely long reach and it would be inconceivable that they wouldn’t have significant tenticles in the UESC, regardless of whether or not the Admiral himself was involved. In retrospect, it’s doubtful that Dangi could have made contact with the Pfhor without some help from elements within the UESC. The Dangi Board is playing both ways. Should the UESC win, Dangi will unleash the Achilles virus on humanity. Should the Pfhor win, Dangi's relationship with them would likely give them a significant role in the new order. The one thing they didn’t count on was a rampant AI and a certain Mark IV Mjolnar cyborg ;-)
