In Response To: Acceleration defined in 3 words. (Djof) : Acceleration is a change of speed Wrong, lol. Acceleration is a change in VELOCITY. Speed is a number, a scalar. Velocity is speed with a direction. That's why changing the direction of a speed is considered acceleration. :p -Scott |
