Of course _we_ aren't. Not me, not you. Even if Hollywood were a democracy, nobody in here could register to vote. Nobody reading this forum is anywhere within spitting distance of Hollywood. Nobody in here but us computer geeks. No lurkers in here at all. Right? I will concede that the chances of our ever seeing a quality Marathon movie are less than the chances of hitting a trifecta by betting on every long-odds horse. I wouldn't want to get anybody's hopes up. I'm not going to be holding my breath while I wait, though some might enjoy seeing me try.

Of course, if some imaginary person _were_ to get a burr under his or her saddle & manage to produce a viable film from Marathon, it might go a long way toward creating a reputation, not to mention making him or her a whole pile of money.
