Sometime during the first two seasons, somebody posed the question: "What would happen if someone with amnesia found hard facts detailing the missing time?" (I'm paraphrasing here.) in the B5 newsgroup. jms was planning an episode involving just this theme. His lawyers advised him to scrap the script, to avoid opening himself up to charges of plagarism.
