I have no idea, Johannes. If you go through the order process the store will give you a shipping total before it asks for your credit card info, but unfortunately I don't have a rate chart or anything. There are a couple posts here from people unhappy with the international shipping rates. This has always, always been the bane of the Bungie Store. Decent international shipping costs an arm and a leg, and while there are cheaper variants the number of lost shipments rises exponentially. The best we ever did was a service offered by one of the major shipping companies (it might have been DHL) where they ferried the package to the recipient's country and then dropped it in the local mail. The price was reasonable, people actually got what they ordered and we no longer had to wonder if our shipping company was just punting product into the sea. I agree that it's a drag when shipping costs outweigh that of the the products you're ordering. We're going to look into our options and see if we can't get something more user-friendly added to the menu. Stay tuned. -Matt | |
