: Well, IF halo and marathon take place in the same (or similar) universe, and
: similarly IF marathon and pathways take place in the same (or similar)
: universe, we can recall the jjaro's solution to the sleeping
: god/wrkncacknter -- once you put it to sleep they would appear a bit later
: on and provide more permanent security measures.

: I don't know about you, but I'd say a military cyborg capable of saving the
: universe from the release of a sleeping god by finding and altering a
: timeline where the god is captured, was a pretty damn effective
: preventative measure.

: If we think about it this way, the similarity of the logos slots together
: nicely: *Jjaro=forerunners (Jjaro is spanish for water-carrier or similar,
: and so isn't market-friendly for a worldwide hit like Halo. 'Forerunners'
: is nice and neutral)

: *Jjaro formed or put into effect the UESC/UNSC as we know it, and promoted
: exploration of the Mjolnir/Spartan projects.

: *UESC/UNSC adopted as their logo a jjaro glyph (perhaps simplified).

: *Therefore, when the player visits Halo, they see glyphs and logos similar to
: the UESC/UNSC logo.

: PS Re: the theories that the forerunner could be one creature -- this slots
: in nicely with my theory that the Jjaro are some form of collective like
: the s'pht.

: Will I repost it?

Repost away.

PID and Marathon ARE (no IF) connected by the Jjaro reference in both games. Not the case in Halo though.

In Spanish, "Jarro" (pronounced ha-rr-o) means "Water Pitcher."

They're are glyphs in Halo that few have seen. Trust me... they're well hidden.

Cheers
