: hehe in my scenario thers a dream level wich is called "Try using the
: Auto map now!" its a long level filled with twist and turns in tight
: corridors.

: the whole thing fits in a 7by 7 WU square:)

: its got normal space, 5Dspace (space iside space), 6Dspace (space inside
: space inside space), 7DSpace (you get the picture, a few areas go up to
: 10D:)

Well... if I may correct your terminology a bit, you would only be using four spacial dimensions no matter how many times you overlap. In fact, the marathon engine can't even model TRUE 4-D space (I'm ignoring time for the moment and just referring to the spacial dimensions). All the Marathon engine can do is make 3-D space move through four dimensions. If that doesn't make sense, think of the following analogy: Suppose you have a piece of paper that represents two spacial dimensions. Now suppose that you fold this piece of paper in a series of elaborate ways through three dimensions. This is what the Marathon engine does. With the paper analogy, you have not created a solid (or a 3-D object;) you have merely moved the paper through three dimensions, even though the paper itself is still two dimensional (i.e. say its graph paper; you can still describe any point on the paper with two coordinates, no matter how you fold it).

So what you can do with Forge is model a 3-D space that is not confined to "twisting" through the three spacial dimensions. But in no case do you ever even touch the fifth spacial dimension or any higher ones.
