Here are some scans of the box, courtesy of Chris Butcher: Super Marathon Front Super Marathon Back The reference to 80 levels suggests that net maps were included, so presumably the PiPPiN was network ready. Imagine playing online Aleph One Super Marathon! There was also an ad for Super Marathon. Gotta love the Story Page search engine.
