It was supposed to be Apple's foray into the "Network Computer" business, back when NC's where the hot thing to be into. Eventually, it turned into a game console/TV-internet thingy, not unlike WebTV. Funny thing is, that initially software written for the Pippen was supposed to work on Macs, with a little tweaking, and Mac sofware could run on the Pippen with no modification, since the Pippen was supposed to operate on a subset of the Mac OS.

Super Marathon was, from what I remember, the original Marathon with some elements of M2 thrown in...I supposed it was something like Marathon 1.5. It is supposed to be RARE. I mean, super RARE. Rarer than the fabled Marathon Trilogy Box Set, or even the Marathon keychain. I'm surprised they even had enough copies to give away as prizes.
