We really don’t get a good look at the design of these pistols. Perhaps the slide is slit on top in such a way to pass by the scope when fired? : It's not typical to : have both laser sight and scope simultaneously as they are independent : sighting mechanisms but it's a possibility. My guess is that if it is the : scope-less M1 revolver shown in the manual it is probably a laser sight. : If it is the scoped M1 revolver in the game, it's probably a flashlight. : But it's anybodies guess, don't you think? Well I have two “aiming” devices on my telescope: a finder scope and a reflex site. Both are useful depending on the situation. What if the marine wanted to shoot from the hip? But I actually believe it’s a flashlight. The Marine certainly has a flashlight of some sort because its always on and you can tell in dark areas. Maybe its on his suit but it could also be on his weapons. I think its more tactically useful to have flashlights on weapons because it shines where the enemy is and a helmet “mining light” would likely attract too many headshots.
