: Anomaly and the Matrix. What I don't fully comprehend, however, is why the
: agents track Neo down when in fact they need him to get to the architect.

You know what is really confusing?
Why the machines need to rebuild Zion? Would not it be better WITHOUT Zion?
I cannot shake the feeling that Zion is part of the Matrix.
