the final answer to the puzzle, as far as I can tell, will be all numbers. There probably won't be enough numbers to make even a short ascii message, so in my opinion, thats out. So we're gonna have a string of numbers. What could that be....
An IP adress. Log onto it, its a website. What's there? Who knows?
Maybe its the answers to everything we've been speculating about in marathon.
Maybe its halo's story.
I don't know what it is, but I bet its a web site/page, and I bet its huge.
